Location
The villa is situated on a private peninsula on the island of Lefkada with direct access to the sea. The villa is 5 minutes by speedboat from Nydri, 20 minutes by car.
Closest Airport: One of the advantages of Casa Vittoria is that you can fly direct to Preveza (on the mainland), which is just under an hour’s drive from the villa. Lefkada is connected to the mainland via a causeway and a lifting bridge. There are regular flights with British Airways from London Heathrow and Easyjet from London Gatwick or Bristol.
One never tires of the constantly changing view of yachts sailing up and down the channel past the legendary island of Skorpios and around the archipelago of small islands.
The spectacular amphitheatre of mountains creates the perfect backdrop for magnificent sunrises and sunsets.
The gardens are filled with orange, lemon and fig trees, which afford privacy and make Casa Vittoria the discreet hideaway that it is.
Some of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches of the Ionian are within easy reach by boat. If you prefer to travel by car, the closest beach is Dessimi.
Lefkada itself boasts fabulous white sandy beaches on the west coast such as Porto Katsiki and Egremnoi, as well as the gorgeous shingle bays only accessible by boat.
